Storyline
Daawat-e-Ishq is an upcoming Bollywood comedy drama film directed by Habib Faisal and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. It features actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. Music of the film has been composed by Sajid-Wajid.[1] The film is to be released on 9 May 2014.
Parineeti Chopra, who plays a Hyderabadi character in Habib Faisal’s upcoming film Daawat-e-Ishq, was coached by Elahe Hiptoola (who teams up with Nagesh Kukunoor to make films) to get the required Dakhni accent right.
A little birdie tells us that recently, Aditya Roy Kapur was shooting an energetic number for his upcoming film Daawat-E-Ishq opposite Parineeti Chopra. Reportedly, they were shooting at a studio in Mumbai, when Aditya froze on the sets. We hear that the cast did several rehearsals before finally hitting the floor. And when they finally did, the Aashiqui 2 actor’s back gave up and he was in pain. Our birdie tells us that everybody on the sets panicked as they watched Adi in pain and then the shoot was stalled for a few hours. Though Aditya assured everyone that he was fine, a doctor was called on the sets of Daawat-E-Ishq and he served some painkillers, while advising rest. Adi then took to his vanity van for a few hours before resuming the shoot. However, Pari and Adi took it slow from then on.
